IN NORTHWESTERN TEXAS ...SOUTHERN COCHRAN COUNTY AT 714 PM CDT...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WAS INDICATED BY LUBBOCK DOPPLER RADAR 17 MILES SOUTH OF MORTON OR 11 MILES SOUTH SOUTHEAST OF LEHMAN MOVING NORTH NORTHEAST AT 10 MPH. THIS STORM IS EXPECTED TO REMAIN IN RURAL AREAS. SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCE DAMAGING WIND IN EXCESS OF 55 MPH... DESTRUCTIVE HAIL...DEADLY LIGHTNING...AND VERY HEAVY RAIN.
