IN THE TEXAS PANHANDLE ...BRISCOE COUNTY ...EASTERN SWISHER COUNTY RADAR ESTIMATES OF 2 TO 3 INCHES OF RAIN HAVE OCCURRED OVER EXTREME EASTERN SWISHER AND WESTERN BRISCOE COUNTY. STRONG TO SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN CONTINUE TO REDEVELOP WESTWARD INTO SWISHER COUNTY FROM BRISCOE COUNTY. MORE HEAVY RAIN IS POSSIBLE AT LEAST THROUGH 630 PM...AGGRAVATING THE FLOOD PROBLEM OVER THESE AREAS. A FLASH FLOOD WARNING MEANS THAT FLOODING IS OCCURRING OR IS IMMINENT.
