IN NORTHWESTERN TEXAS ...SOUTHWESTERN HALE COUNTY RADAR IS INDICATING UPWARDS OF 5 INCHES OF RAIN HAS FALLEN OVER EXTREME SOUTHWESTERN HALE COUNTY SINCE 5 PM. THE HEAVIEST RAIN HAS FALLEN BETWEEN COUNTY LINE AND COTTON CENTER. STRONG THUNDERSTORMS CONTINUE TO DEVELOP OVER THIS AREA PRODUCING VERY HEAVY RAIN...AND THE POTENTIAL FOR FLOODING WILL CONTINUE THROUGH 9 PM.
