IN WEST CENTRAL ILLINOIS ...ADAMS COUNTY SLOW MOVING THUNDERSTORMS HAVE PRODUCE TORRENTIAL RAIN...MAINLY EAST OF QUINCY THIS AFTERNOON. RADAR ESTIMATED RAINFALL ANOUNTS OF 3 TO 4 INCHES SINCE 4PM NEAR CAMP POINT. MORE THUNDERSTORMS WILL MOVE OVER THIS SAME AREA BEFORE 7PM...THEREFORE FLASH FLOODING IS EXPECTED. BE ESPECIALLY ALERT FOR WATER COVERING THE ROAD IN CAMP POINT...CAOTSBURG...AND ALONG HIGHWANY 24. FLASH FLOODING IS THE LEADING WEATHER RELATED KILLER ACROSS THE UNITED STATES.
