IN SOUTH INDIANA ...CLARK COUNTY...CRAWFORD COUNTY...FLOYD COUNTY ...HARRISON COUNTY AT 5:30 PM EST WEATHER RADAR CONTINUED TO INDICATE MODERATE TO HEAVY RAIN MOVING ACROSS THE AREA. THIS RAIN IS FALLING ON GROUND ALREAD SATURATED WITH 3 TO 5 INCHES OF RAIN EARLY IN THE DAY. FLOODING OF MANY SECONDARY ROADS HAS ALREADY BEEN REPORTED.
