  AT 930 PM CDT...RADAR INDICATED AN AREA OF SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS
  MOVING VERY SLOWLY EAST AT 5 MPH. RADAR HAS ESTIMATED THAT THIS AREA
  OF SHOWERS AND STORMS HAVE PRODUCED 2 TO 3 INCHES OF RAIN DURING THE
  PAST THREE HOURS.
