* CAUSE AND EFFECT
  AT 153 AM EDT...RADAR INDICATED AN AREA OF HEAVY SHOWERS AND
EMBEDDED THUNDERSTORMS SLOWLY MOVING EAST ACROSS THE COUNTY. SO FAR
DOPPLER RADAR HAS ESTIMATED FROM 2 TO 3 INCHES OF RAIN HAD FALLEN
ACROSS THIS AREA DURING THE PAST THREE HOURS.

DUE TO THE SLOW MOVEMENT OF THIS AREA OF SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS
