HEAVY RAIN...CONTINUED TO MOVE OVER SOUTH CENTRAL KENTUCKY. FLOODING OF
SMALL STREAMS...CREEKS...AND LOW LYING AREAS ARE POSSIBLE. DOPPLER RADAR
HAS SHOWN FROM 0.5 TO 1.5 INCHES OF RAINFALL POSSIBLE IN AN HOUR. OVER
