IN EAST CENTRAL KENTUCKY ...BOYLE COUNTY...GARRARD COUNTY...JESSAMINE COUNTY ...MERCER COUNTY AT 235 PM EST...STATE POLICE REPORTED MANY ROADS COVERED IN BURGIN WITH EVACUATIONS TAKING PLACE.
