AT 515 RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM 15 MILES SOUTHEAST OF WELLS
IN THE INDEPENDENCE VALLEY MOVING NORTHEAST AT 25 MPH. THIS STORM WILL
LIKELY PASS OVER INTERSTATE 80 NEAR OASIS BY 545 PM.
 
IF YOU ARE CAUGHT OUTSIDE, SEEK SHELTER FROM THE WEATHER IN A
STRONG BUILDING.  DAMAGING WIND, LARGE HAIL, VERY HEAVY RAIN,
