000 TTAA00 KEKO 112110 RRA SVREKO NVC007-112200- BULLETIN - IMMEDIATE BROADCAST REQUESTED SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE ELKO NV 208 PM PDT MON AUG 11 1997 THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN ELKO HAS ISSUED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 300 PM PDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...... IN NORTHEAST NEVADA ...NORTHEASTERN ELKO COUNTY AT 205 PM...RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM 5 MILES NORTHEAST OF MONTELLO MOVING EAST AT 10 MPH. THE STORM WILL LIKELY PRODUCE LARGE HAIL AND VERY HEAVY RAIN. THE STORM IS EXPECTED TO CROSS INTO UTAH BY 230. WHEN THUNDERSTORMS ARE OCCURRING, PEOPLE SHOULD MOVE INSIDE A STRONG BUILDING.
