SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  530 PM CDT
FOR RESIDENTS IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...
 
IN SOUTHEAST LOUISIANA
 
   ...EAST FELICIANA PARISH
 
AT 445 PM NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE
THUNDERSTORM WAS LOCATED ON THE PARISH BORDER JUST WEST OF JACKSON. THE
THUNDERSTORM WAS MOVING EAST AT 40 MILES AN HOUR. THIS STORM PRODUCED WI
GUSTS WHICH DOWNED SEVERAL TREES IN THE NEW ROADS. COMMUNITIES IN THE
PATH OF THIS THUNDERSTORM INCLUDE JACKSON AND CLINTON.
 
 
SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCE DAMAGING WIND IN EXCESS OF 55
MPH...DESTRUCTIVE HAIL...DEADLY LIGHTNING...AND VERY HEAVY RAIN.
