AT 408 PM CST...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WAS INDICATED BY WEATHER SERVICE
RADAR IN LIVINSTON PARISH NEAR THE TOWN OF LIVINGSTON. THIS STORM WAS
MOVING TO THE EAST AT 40 MPH AND WILL MOVE INTO SOUTHERN TANGIPAHOA
PARISH BY 420 PM. THE CITY OF HAMMOND IS IN THE PATH OF THIS STORM.
 
AT AROUND 4 PM CST...A REPORT OF WIND GUSTS NEAR 65 MPH AND PEA SIZED
HAIL OCCURRED IN LIVINGSTON PARISH.
 
 
THIS IS A DANGEROUS STORM.  IF YOU ARE IN ITS PATH YOU SHOULD
PREPARE FOR DAMAGING WIND IN EXCESS OF 55 MPH...LARGE HAIL...AND
DEADLY LIGHTNING.  PEOPLE OUTSIDE SHOULD MOVE TO A S4HELTER...
