THUNDERSTORM OVER THE COASTAL WATERS 10 MILES SOUTHWEST OF PORT SULPHUR.
THE THUNDERSTORM WAS MOVING NORTHEAST AROUND 25 MPH. COMMUNITIES IN THE
PATH OF THIS THUNDERSTORM INCLUDE PORT SULPHUR...BURAS...AND
BOOTHEVILLE.
 
SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCE DAMAGING WIND IN EXCESS OF 55
MPH...DESTRUCTIVE HAIL...DEADLY LIGHTNING...AND VERY HEAVY RAIN.
