CENTRAL JEFFERSON PARISH WITHIN THE NEXT 20 MINUTES AND OVER
NORTHERN PLAQUEMINES NEAR IRINTON AND BELAIR. THE STORM WILL HEAD
TOWARDS ST BERNARD PARISH.
