SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 1145 PM CST
FOR RESIDENTS IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...
 
IN SOUTHEAST LOUISIANA
 
   ...SOUTHERN LAFOURCHE PARISH
 
AND THE ADJACENT COASTAL WATERS
 
AT 1115 PM CST...RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM NEAR HIGHWAY 55
IN TERREBONNE PARISH ABOUT 7 MILES SOUTHWEST OF LAROSE. THIS STORM WAS
MOVING TO THE EAST AT 40 MPH. LAROSE AND CUTOFF ARE IN THE PATH OF
THIS STORM.
 
A TORNADO WATCH IS ALSO IN EFFECT FOR THE WARNED AREA.  REMEMBEHR
SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS CAN AND OCCASIONALLY DO PRODUCE TORNADOES
