IN SOUTHEAST TEXAS ...HARDIN COUNTY AT 1145 AM...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM ENTERING SOUTHWESTERN HARDIN COUNTY. THE COMMUNITIES OF BATSON...SARATOGA...AND KOUNTZE ARE IN THE PATH OF THIS STORM. THE PRIMARY THREAT FROM THIS STORM WILL BE HAIL AS LARGE AS QUARTERS...AND DAMAGING WINDS IN EXCESS OF 60 MPH. IF YOU ARE CAUGHT OUTSIDE...SEEK SHELTER FROM THE WEATHER IN A STRONG BUILDING. DAMAGING WIND...LARGE HAIL...VERY HEAVY RAIN... AND DEADLY LIGHTNING ARE ALL POSSIBLE IN SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS.
