FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS...

   ...NORTHERN HARDIN COUNTY...SOUTHWESTERN TYLER COUNTY
 
AT 225 AM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE RADAR INDICATED 4 TO 6 INCHES
OF RAINFALL HAVE FALLEN OVER SOUTHWEST TYLER AND NORTHERN HARDIN
COUNTIES. THUDERSTORMS CONTINUE TO DEVELOP AND MOVE VERY SLOWLY OVER
NORTHERN HARDIN AND SOUTHWEST TYLER COUNTIES. ADDITIONAL RAINFALL
ACCUMULATIONS OF 1 TO 3 INCHES WILL BE POSSIBLE OVER THE NEXT COUPLE
OF HOURS CAUSING ADDITIONAL FLOODING.
