AT 625 PM CDT...A DEVELOPING TORNADO WAS INDICATED BY NORTH PLATTE
DOPPLER RADAR 30 MILES SOUTHEAST OF MULLEN OR 18 MILES NORTH
NORTHWEST OF STAPLETON MOVING SOUTH SOUTHWEST AT 10 MPH.
