IN SOUTHWESTERN NEBRASKA ...SOUTHEASTERN LINCOLN COUNTY AT 947 PM CDT...A DEVELOPING TORNADO WAS INDICATED BY NORTH PLATTE DOPPLER RADAR 28 MILES SOUTHEAST OF NORTH PLATTE OR 13 MILES SOUTH OF BRADY MOVING SOUTH AT 25 MPH.
