IN WEST CENTRAL NEBRASKA ...NORTHEASTERN ARTHUR COUNTY ...SOUTHEASTERN GRANT COUNTY ...SOUTHWESTERN HOOKER COUNTY AT 717 PM MDT...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WAS INDICATED BY NORTH PLATTE DOPPLER RADAR 35 MILES SOUTHWEST OF MULLEN OR 13 MILES NORTH NORTHEAST OF ARTHUR MOVING NORTHEAST AT 25 MPH.
