IN THE NEBRASKA PANHANDLE ...NORTHWESTERN SHERIDAN COUNTY AT 1156 PM MDT...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WAS INDICATED BY NORTH PLATTE DOPPLER RADAR 11 MILES EAST OF CHADRON MOVING EAST SOUTHEAST AT 20 MPH. THIS STORM IS EXPECTED TO REMAIN IN RURAL AREAS NORTH OF HAY SPRINGS. SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS CAN AND OCCASIONALLY DO PRODUCE TORNADOES WITH LITTLE OR NO ADVANCE WARNING. IF YOU ARE IN THE PATH OF THIS STORM YOU SHOULD MOVE INSIDE A STRONG BUILDING AND GO TO THE LOWEST FLOOR POSSIBLE. KAR

APPEARS TSRA CHANCES FOR LBF/OGA ZONES GROUP LOOKING SLIM AS UPPER LOW PASSES TO THE E AND FRONT REMAINS TO THE W. AREA 88DS SHOWING A NNE MOVEMENT ON MOST OF THE TSRA IN NRN CO AND ERN WY...WHICH WOULD TAKE THEM INTO THE PANHANDLE AT BEST. SOME CONVERGENCE NOTED FROM ABOUT MERRIMAN TO SIDNEY WHERE SOME CU RESIDED UNTIL BEST INSOLATION WENT AWAY. LOWERED POPS IN THE LBF GROUP AND ALSO DELAYED UNTIL AFTER MIDNIGHT SINCE CAP HOLDING BEST IN SWRN PART OF THE STATE. IN THE ANW/ONL GROUP...KUEX 88D HAD SHRA AND WEAK TSRA MOVING NWD SO KEPT IN CHANCE THERE BUT REWORDED THINGS TO KEEP IT SIMPLE. LOW TEMPS LOOK GOOD WITH HIGH DEWPOINTS AROUND THE STATE. 21Z RUC PROGS FRONT TO MOVE VERY LITTLE IN THE NEXT 12 HRS OR SO...SO BEST FORCING SHOULD REMAIN IN THE PANHANDLE. STOPPKOTTE
