AND PLAINS AROUND BACKSIDE OF UPPER RIDGE OVER TEXAS. CU VISIBLE ON
SATELLITE OVER CENTRAL NEBRASKA PANHANDLE AND NEAR KANSAS BORDER IN
SOUTHWEST NEBRASKA. MAIN BOUNDARY EXTENDS FROM NORTHWEST PANHANDLE
THROUGH SOUTHWEST CUSTER. KLNX RADAR RETURNS VERY LIGHT AND DECREASE
AS THEY MOVE EAST.
