AT 1130 AM EST SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS WERE LOCATED 25 MILES NORTHWEST OF
MIDDLESBORO. THESE STORMS HAVE PRODUCED DAMAGE IN TENNESSEE AND WILL
AFFECT THE TOWNS BARBOURVILLE...FLAT LICK...CORBIN AND PINEVILLE
BETWEEN 1140 AND 1155 AM.

WIND GUSTS OVER 50 MPH ARE EXPECTED AND DAMAGE IS POSSIBLE.
