IN NORTHEAST LOUISIANA ...RICHLAND PARISH AT 728 PM RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM 12 MILES SOUTHWEST OF ARCHIBALD MOVING NORTHEAST AT 50 MILES AN HOUR. THIS MOTION WILL TAKE THE STORM NEAR ARCHIBALD AND RAYVILLE BY 745 PM. A TORNADO WATCH IS ALSO IN EFFECT. REMEMBER SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS CAN PRODUCE TORNADOES WITH LITTLE OR NO ADVANCE WARNING.
