AT 647 PM DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM 7 MILES
SOUTHEAST OF CROSSETT. THE STORM WAS MOVING NORTHEAST AT 50 MPH. THE
STORM WILL PASS BETWEEN PORTLAND AND PARKDALE BY 715 PM.
 
DAMAGING WINDS AND HAIL UP TO DIME SIZE CAN BE EXPECTED WITH THIS STORM.
 
A TORNADO WATCH IS ALSO IN EFFECT.  REMEMBER SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS
CAN PRODUCE 0TORNADOES WITH LITTLE OR NO ADVANCE WARNING.  REMAIN
CALM BUT BE ALERT TO RAPIDLY CHANGING WEATHER CONDITIONS.
