IN EAST CENTRAL MISSISSIPPI ...KEMPER COUNTY AT 258 PM WEATHER SERVICE RADAR INIDCATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM 2 MILES WEST OF SCOOBA MOVING SOUTHWEST 20 MPH. THIS STORM WILL MOVE THROUGH THE DEKALB AREA BY 315. LARGE HAIL AND DAMAGING WINDS ARE LIKELY. PEOPLE NEAR THE STORM SHOULD MOVE INSIDE A STRONG BUILDING AWAY FROM WINDOWS.
