IN SOUTHEAST MISSISSIPPI ...FORREST COUNTY AT 200 PM CDT JACKSON DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM NEAR PURVIS MOVING NORTHEAST AROUND 10 MPH. LARGE HAIL IS LIKELY WITH THIS SEVERE THUNDERSTORM AS WELL AS STRONG GUSTY WINDS...DANGEROUS LIGHTNING STRIKES... AND TORRENTIAL RAINS AS IT MOVES INTO THE HATTIESBURG AREA BY 220 PM CDT. SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCE WIND IN EXCESS OF 55 MPH...LARGE HAIL...DEADLY LIGHTNING...AND VERY HEAVY RAIN. MOVE TO AN INTERIOR ROOM ON THE LOWEST FLOOR OF YOUR HOME OR BUSINESS. <
