FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...

AT 804 PM...JACKSON RADAR INDICATED SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS IN KEMPER
COUNTY. ONE STORM WAS JUST NORTH OF DEKALB. A SECOND SEVERE THUNDERSTORM
WAS LOCATED IN SOUTHEAST KEMPER COUNTY...ABOUT 15 MILES NORTHWEST OF
COLLINSVILLE. THE STORMS WERE MOVING TO THE NORTHEAST ABOUT 35 MPH.
 
IF YOU ARE OUTSIDE...SEEK SHELTER IN A STRONG BUILDING AWAY FROM
WINDOWS.  DAMAGING WINDS...LARGE HAIL...VERY HEAVY RAIN...AND
