AT 557 AM DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A LINE OF SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS
EXTENDING FROM NEAR GREENWOOD TO SOUTH OF ITTA BENA IN LEFLORE COUNTY.
THIS LINE OF STORMS WAS MOVING EAST AT 35 MPH...AND WILL MOVE ACROSS
CARROLL COUNTY. SOME CITIES IN THE PATH OF THESE STORMS INCLUDE
AVALON...CARROLLTON AND COILA.
 
DAMAGING WINDS AND HAIL UP TO DIME SIZE ARE LIKELY WITH THESE STORMS.
TREES AND LIMBS WERE REPORTED DOWN IN GREENWOOD AT 555 AM.
 
THIS IS A DANGEROUS STORM.  IF YOU ARE IN ITS PATH...PREPARE FOR
WIND IN EXCESS OF 55 MPH...DESTRUCTIVE HAIL...AND DEADLY LIGHTNING.
