INSTABILITY ESP ACROSS WRN FA BY 00Z. SFC DEWPOINTS ARE HIGHER ACROSS
SRN FA THAN FURTHER W SO SOME PRECIP DEVELOPMENT SHOULD OCCUR. PREFER
CHC POPS S OF CMH-DAY AND LIKELY POPS VC LIMA...ALL MAINLY IN THE
