IN SOUTHEASTERN INDIANA ...FRANKLIN COUNTY AT 902 PM EDT (800 PM EST) DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM ALONG THE FRANKLIN/DECATUR COUNTY LINE. THE STORM WAS MOVING EAST NORTHEAST AROUND 40 MPH AND WILL TRACK ACROSS NORTHERN FRANKLIN COUNTY THROUGH METAMORA AND BATH THROUGH 945 PM EDT (845 PM EST).
