...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WATCH IS IN EFFECT FOR WEST CENTRAL AND
CENTRAL OHIO...THE MIAMI VALLEY...THE WHITEWATER VALLEY AND
PARTS OF SOUTHEAST INDIANA UNTIL 11 PM EDT(10 PM EST).

THE STORM PREDICTION CENTER IN NORMAN OKLAHOMA HAS ISSUED A SEVERE
THUNDERSTORM WATCH FOR ALL OF WESTERN AND CENTRAL OHIO UNTIL 11 PM
EDT(10 EST).  CITIES IN THE WATCH AREA INCLUDE COLUMBUS...DAYTON
...LIMA...HAMILTON...WILMINGTON AND RICHMOND.

STRONG TO SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS IN CENTRAL OHIO WILL CONTINUE TO
SINK TO THE SOUTH THROUGH THE EARLY EVENING.  ANOTHER BATCH OF
STRONG TO SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS STRETCHING FROM VAN WERT COUNTY
NORTHWESTWARD TO CHICAGO WILL MOVE TO THE SOUTHEAST INTO
EASTERN INDIANA AND WESTERN OHIO THROUGH THE EVENING.

THESE THUNDERSTORMS ARE OUT AHEAD OF A COLD FRONT DRAPPED FROM LAKE
ERIE WESTWARD THROUGH NORTHERN ILLINOIS.  THIS FRONT WILL PUSH INTO
THE REGION THROUGH TONIGHT. THE THUNDERSTORMS OVER NORTHERN INDIANA
AND ILLINOIS HAVE HAD A HISTORY OF LARGE HAIL AND WINDS IN EXCESS
OF 70 MPH.

REMEMBER...SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCE LAGRE HAIL AND WINDS IN
EXCESS OF 58 MPH...AS WELL AS TORRENTIAL RAIN AND DEADLY LIGHTNING
