IN CENTRAL OHIO ...FRANKLIN COUNTY AT 110 AM EST DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM NEAR WEST JEFFERSON IN MADISON COUNTY. THE STORM WILL MOVE EAST NORTHEAST AROUND 40 MPH AND WILL CROSS COLUMBUS...UPPER ARLINGTON AND DUBLIN THROUGH 2 AM. THIS STORM WILL PRODUCE DAMAGING WINDS. SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCE DAMAGING WINDS IN EXCESS OF 55 MPH...DESTRUCTIVE HAIL...DEADLY LIGHTNING...AND VERY HEAVY RAIN. AHEAD OF THE FNT A NARROW AXIS OF 60+ DEW POINTS EXISTED ACROSS WRN KY AND WRN IN. IN THIS AREA...NMRS TRW WERE MOVG TOWARD FA. KILN SOUNDING WAS SLIGHTLY STABLE. MODIFYING FOR WORST CASE SCENARIO OF 60F DEW POINTS (NRN KY) GIVES A LI OF -1 AND CAPES AROUND 250. THUS CONTINUE CHC TRW ALONG WITH -SHRA.
