IN SOUTHWESTERN OHIO ...WARREN COUNTY AT 935 AM EDT...WEATHER SERVICE RADAR INDICATED RAINFALL AMOUNTS FROM 1.0 TO 1.5 INCHES HAD FALLEN OVER SOUTHERN WARREN COUNTY SINCE 830 AM. ADDITIONAL HEAVY RAIN IS EXPECTED IN THE AREA....WHICH WILL LIKELY CAUSE FLOODING OF SOME ROADS...CREEKS AND LOW AREAS. DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE WATER COVERS THE ROADWAY.
