IN NORTHERN KENTUCKY ...PENDLETON COUNTY AT 145 AM EDT DOPPLER RADAR SHOWED THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY DOWNPOURS ACROSS NORTHERN PENDLETON COUNTY...NEAR BUTLER AND BOSTON...MOVING SLOWLY TOWARD THE NORTH. DOPPLER RADAR ESTIMATES THAT OVER ONE AND ONE-QUARTER INCH OF RAIN HAS FALLEN IN THIS AREA SINCE 1 AM. ADDITIONAL HEAVY RAINFALL WILL FLOOD STREAMS...CREEKS AND ROADS IN NORTHERN PENDLETON COUNTY THROUGH 345 AM EDTD. BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE THE DANGERS OF FLASH FLOODING.

ONE AREA IS HEADING ENE AND REMAINING JUST S OF LEWIS/SCIOTO COUNTIES...WHILE A LARGER AREA OF -RA/RA HAS PUSHED SLOWLY TWD NNW AND IS NOW SPINNING OVER SW/W CNTL OH AND E CNTL IN. THIS AREA OF PCPN HAVING TROUBLE ADVANCING INTO DRIER AIRMASS N/E OF GREENVILLE/DAY/ILN LINE. FCST PROBLEMS CENTER ON POPS OVERNITE. FOR W COUNTIES OF OH AREA 7/E CNTL IN...-RA/RA WL CONTINUE THRU FIRST HALF OF NITE...BUT THIS AREA OF PCPN SHUD GRADUALLY DIMINISH...AND CHC POPS SHUD WORK OUT FOR THIS AREA LATER TONITE.
