FLOOD WARNING FOR URBAN AREAS AND SMALL STREAMS EFFECTIVE UNTIL 300
PM EDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...

IN WEST CENTRAL OHIO

   ...ALLEN COUNTY
 
NATIONAL WEATHER RADAR INDICATED THAT OVER TWO INCHES OF RAIN HAD
FALLEN SINCE LAST NIGHT ACROSS PARTS OF THE LIMA AREA.
ALSO...RADAR INDICATED THAT MODERATE TO HEAVY RAINFALL WILL
CONTINUE ACROSS THE COUNTY THROUGH AT LEAST 300 PM EDT.  FLOODING
OF CREEKS AND STREAMS IS POSSIBLE THIS AFTERNOON.
 
DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY.  THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO
CROSS SAFELY.  VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE ABANDONED
QUICKLY.  MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND.
