FLOOD WARNING FOR URBAN AREAS AND SMALL STREAMS EFFECTIVE UNTIL 530
PM EDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...

IN SOUTHWESTERN OHIO

   ...WARREN COUNTY
 
AT 320 PM EDT...DOPPLER RADAR WAS ESTIMATING OVER 4 INCHES OF RAIN
FALLING IN SOUTHWEST WARREN COUNTY. THIS WAS VERIFIED BY A SPOTTER
IN THE MASON AREA WHO HAD 4.7 INCHES OF RAIN. THIS WILL CAUSE
CREEKS AND STREAMS TO RISE TO BANKFULL.
 
IF FLASH FLOODING IS OBSERVED...ACT QUICKLY.  MOVE TO ESCAPE FLOOD
WATERS.  DO NOT STAY IN AREAS SUBJECT TO FLOODING WHEN WATER BEGINS
