  SOUTH HAVEN OR 35 MILES SOUTH OF WICHITA MOVING EAST AT 15 MPH.

THIS IS A VERY DANGEROUS STORM.  ACT QUICKLY.  IF YOU ARE IN THE
PATH OF THIS TORNADO MOVE TO A SHELTER BELOW GROUND IF AVAILABLE.
