* AT 715 PM RADAR INDICATED A TORNADO NEAR HARPER...OR 30 MILES
  SOUTHWEST OF WICHITA MOVING EAST AT 20 MPH.

* THIS REPLACES THE SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING PREVIOUSLY ISSUED
  FOR HARPER COUNTY.

THIS IS A VERY DANGEROUS STORM.  ACT QUICKLY.  IF YOU ARE IN THE
PATH OF THIS TORNADO MOVE TO A SHELTER BELOW GROUND IF AVAILABLE.
