* AT 618 PM RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM 20 MILES
  SOUTHWEST OF HUTCHINSON OR NEAR PLEVNA MOVING EAST AT 20 MPH.
  THIS REPLACES THE TORNADO WARNING ISSUED AT 550 PM.
