* CAUSE AND EFFECT
    THIS REPLACES THE PREVIOUS FLASH FLOOD WARNINGS FOR SEDGWICK AND
    BUTLER COUNTIES.  LIGHT TO MODERATE RAIN WILL CONTINUE ACROSS
    SEDGWICK AND BUTLER COUNTIES THROUGH THE EARLY MORNING HOURS..
    WHICH WILL NOT ALLOW THE FLOODED AREAS TO RECEED. BUTLER COUNTY
    EMERGENCY MANAGERS HAVE REPORTED FLOODING IN THE ANDOVER AREA.

* FORECAST CONDITIONS
    AN ADDITIONAL ONE INCH OF PRECIPITATION IS POSSIBLE.

MOST FLOODING DEATHS OCCUR IN AUTOMOBILES. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO CROSS
BRIDGES... DIPS... OR LOW SPOTS IF WATER COVERS THE ROADWAY.  NEVER
TRY TO CROSS A FLOWING STREAM...EVEN A SMALL ONE...ON FOOT.
