    AT 1210 AM CDT...NUMEROUS REPORTS OF FLOODING HAD BEEN RECIEVED
    FROM NORTHEAST WICHITA. SLOW MOVING THUNDERSTORMS WERE
    CONTINUING TO PRODUCE TORRENTIAL RAIN OVER SEDGWICK COUNTY...
    AND THIS WAS EXPECTED TO CONTINUE FOR THE NEXT SEVERAL HOURS.

* FORECAST CONDITIONS
    ADDITIONAL RAINFALLS OF ONE TO TWO INCHES POSSIBLE THROUGH 3 AM.
