PCPN ON THE DECREASE AS THE COLD FRONT CONTINUES IT SLOW GLIDE ACROSS
SE TX.  ONLY TROUBLE SPOT(S) WILL BE THE COASTAL COUNTIES - WILL HAVE
TO KEEP AN EYE ON STORM TRAINING.  OTHERWISE WINDS HAVE NOT PICKED UP
BEHIND THE FRONT AS MUCH AS WE WERE EXPECTING, BUT TEMPS ARE DROPPING
NICELY.  ONLY MAJOR CHANGE THIS UPDATE WOULD BE TO SHAVE POPS FOR THE
INLAND ZONES AND CHANGE PCPN TYPE TO RA.  WOULD LIKE TO KEEP THE HIGH
POPS IN FOR COAST, AS WELL AS THE MENTION OF LOCALLY HVY RAIN FOR THE
TIME BEING.  HOPEFULLY...PCPN WILL ALL BE CLEARED BY MIDNIGHT.  41
