NWILL CONTINUE TO DECREASE IN INTENSITY THROUGH THE REST OF THE NIGHT.
HOWEVER SMALL RIVERS AND STREAMS WILL CONTINUE TO RISE FOR THE NEXT FEW
HOURS BEFORE RECEDING.
 
DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY.  THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO
CROS S SAFELY.  VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE
ABANDONED QUICKLY.  MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND.
