...THUNDERSTORM CHANCES (OR WILL IT EVER RAIN IN GOODLAND) CONTINUE
TO BE MAIN CONCERN...

WILL CONTINUE TO LEAN ON AVN GIVEN MY PREFERENCE FOR ITS TREATMENT
OF CUTOFF SOUTHWEST U.S. LOWS AND THE CONSISTENCY OF ITS RUNS.

GOOD MID LEVEL INSTABILITY OVERNIGHT AS DEPICTED BY H70-H50 TEMP
DIFFS AND THETA-E VERTICAL PROFILES. AHEAD OF MAIN TROUGH AXIS
MOVING ACROSS EASTERN CWA PERSISTENT LINE OF SHRA WILL EVENTUALLY
ERUPT INTO STRONG/SEVERE TSRA...BUT QUESTION IS WHEN. LEFT EXIT
REGION OF JET STREAK SHOULD BEGIN ADDED LIFT TO SOUTHWEST END OF
SHRA LINE BY 22Z AND WORK NORTHEAST ALONG LINE.

BEHIND THE TROUGH MORE CONVECTION OF THE DIURNALLY DRIVEN VARIETY
WILL MOVE INTO COLORADO ZONES...BUT PROBLEM WILL BE WHAT HAPPENS
WHEN PREFRONTAL TROUGH AHEAD OF COLD FRONT GETS CROSSED BY YET
ANOTHER JET STREAK OVERNIGHT. BELIEVE RESULT WILL BE ENHANCEMENT OF
ANY SURVIVING SHOWERS...POSSIBLY WITH A TSRA OR TWO SINCE
INSTABILITY WILL BE SUFFICIENT TO MAINTAIN UVV ONCE AGEOSTROPHIC JET
MOTIONS GETS THINGS GOING.

UPSLOPE PERSISTS THROUGH REST OF PERIOD AS PIECES OF OLD SOUTHWEST
U.S. LOW EJECT NORTHEAST OVER CWA. WILL KEEP POPS GOING THROUGHOUT
FORECAST AS A RESULT.

FWC AND FAN NUMBERS ARE SIMILAR THROUGH PERIOD 3. LEANED A LITTLE
CLOSER TO FWC NUMBERS FOR TUESDAY MAX GIVEN AVN TENDENCY TO OVERDO
UPSLOPE IN THE WARM SEASON.
