  CHEYENNE COUNTY KANSAS IN NORTHWESTERN KANSAS
  SHERMAN COUNTY IN NORTHWESTERN KANSAS

* UNTIL 955 PM CDT (855 PM MDT)
 
* INCLUDING GOODLAND...EDSON...ST FRANCIS...AND BIRD CITY

* AT 906 PM CDT (806 PM MDT)...GOODLAND DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED AN
  AREA OF THUNDERSTORM WINDS WITH SPEEDS APPROACHING 80 MPH EXTENDING
  FROM BIRD CITY TO GOODLAND.  THE WIND AREA WAS MOVING EAST AND
  SOUTHEAST AT 15 MPH.

THIS WARNING REPLACES THE WARNING FOR SOUTHWEST CHEYENNE AND
NORTHWEST SHERMAN COUNTIES.
