18Z SFC ANALYSIS SHOWED FRONT/TROF FROM NC-SW NBR...INTO LOW PRES OVER
ERN CO.  MOIST TONGUE WITH DEW POINTS IN LOW 60S LYING IN ADVANCE OF
BNDRY. CONVECTION OVER NE NEBR THIS MORNING HAD LAYED OUT AN OUTFLOW
WHICH HAD SWITCHED WINDS AT GRI TO NORTHEAST.  BNDRY STILL REMOTELY
EVIDENT ON KUEX/SFC ANAL JUST SOUTH OF GRI-LNK LINE...BUT FADING.
MEANWHILE...CONVECTION CONTINUES ACROSS SW FA IN WAA ZONE.  TSTMS
THERE ALSO OCCURRING IN ADVANCE OF S/W SHOWN ON WV IMGRY FROM SE WY
TO NW NEBR.  THIS WAVE WAS DEPICTED BEST BY 12Z AND 15Z RUC.

ALL MODELS DO SHOW SFC BNDRY TO BECOME ORIENTED E/W TNGT.  THIS MAKES
SENSE SINCE CO LOW WILL KEEP WRN END OF BNDRY FROM SINKING TOO MUCH
FARTHER SWD.  IN THE MEAN TIME...MSTR CONVG AND CONTINUED WAA NEAR BNDRY
WILL PROVIDE FOCUS FOR TSTMS IN THE HEAT OF THE EVENING HOURS...AND
WITH COLD AIR ALF...SOME COULD BECOME SVR WITH LARGE HAIL.
WILL KEEP EVENING POPS MOST AREAS...EXCEPT WHERE STORMS ARE ALREADY
OCCURRING WHERE SCT CATG WILL SUFFICE.
