AT 1113 AM...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WAS CENTERED 45 NORTHWEST OF GRAND
ISLAND OR 10 MILES NORTHEAST OF LOUP CITY. THE STORM WILL MOVE SOUTHEAST
AT 25 MPH INTO SCOTIA BY 1130 PM AND COTESFIELD BY 1145 PM.
 
HAIL TO 1 INCH IN DIAMETER AND WINDS OF 60 MPH WILL BE POSSIBLE WITH
THIS STORM.
 
THIS WARNING REPLACES THE TORNADO WARNING FOR VALLEY COUNTY.
