A SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS WAS INDICATED BY RADAR JUST NORTHEAST OF HASTINGS
MOVING TO THE EAST AT ONLY 5 MPH. THIS STORM WILL AFFECT THE TRUMBULL
AND INLAND INLAND AREAS WITH HAIL UP TO ONE INCH IN DIAMETER AND VERY
HEAVY DOWNPOURS. PERSONS IN THE WARNED AREA SHOULD SEEK SHELTER FROM
THIS STORM AND AVOID AREAS THAT ARE PRONE TO LOCALIZED FLOODING.

KS. QPF FROM AFOS PRODUCTS KEEP 0.25 CONTOUR CLOSE TO THE CWA THRU 12Z
AND HRLY FCST SOUNDING FROM ETA SHOWS HSI WITH 1.60 THRU 18Z WED.
NATIONAL PRODUCTS TALKING ABOUT MCS FORMING ALONG THIS BOUNDARY AND
WITH THE HEAVY RAIN THAT ALREADY FELL IN THE SE PTN OF THE CWA THIS
WOULD ONLY FURTHER AGGRIVATE THE FLOODING THAT IS OCCURING.
TEMPERATURES NEXT COUPLE DAYS SHOULD BE COOLER WITH EAST TO NORTHEAST
FLOW AND CAA.

SUGGEST WE KEEP POPS IN TONIGHT FOR AT LEAST EAST OF HSI/GRI AND S OF
I80 AS WELL AS KS...THEN MAYBE RIGHT ALONG THE BORDER WED AM. IF THE
MODELS ARE CORRECT WED SHOULD SEE RAIN IN KS AND MAY NEED FFA FOR JEWELL
AND MITCHELL COUNTIES.
